Crazy pays off sometimes

Because my family is crazy, they’ve insisted on having a great many conversations about this year’s plans for Christmas. I really, really hate Christmas out of season (like those stores in some malls and small towns that are year-round ornament sellers…what’s that?), so having to talk about and plan for it in the hot summer months makes me kind of irritable.

The upside of all these holiday questions to which I must have answers is that I’m frequently forced to do a little Internet research before replying. That sometimes results in a great boon: the holiday clearance.

These ribbon glasses are on clearance for a mere $13/set of four at not Neutral. They’d make a lovely addition to a holiday cocktail party or dinner setting. And, given the right accessories, could be jauntily repurposed for use on the 4th of July.
